Farmacy Weekly Report 2023 Week #8

Farmacy Weekly Report 2023 Week #8

Happy Monday! I hope your week is off to a glorious start.

PRODUCE UPDATE 🍎
New this week we have super cute French Breakfast Radishes from Mt Cotton Organic Farm.

We have loads more Red Dragonfruit from Sandy Creek and they've dropped in price significantly this week from $6.50 to $3.50 each! Dragonfruit has to be one of the most beautiful fruits available and it's a powerhouse of nutrients.

We have an excess of Zucchinis and Roma Tomatoes this week so there are some great specials available on these - Zucchini Noodles with Tomato-based sauce anyone?!

We have a lot more produce coming from Tasmania than usual this week, as temperatures here have been too hot for many varieties. This includes root vegetables that prefer the cool like carrots, beetroot, swedes and turnips as well as broccoli, cauliflower and cabbages. They're all super fresh, crispy and Certified Organic.

CAN YOU HELP US FIND OUR NEW DRIVER? 🚚
We are still on the hunt for an amazing Delivery Driver to join our team on a casual basis. Ideally we'd like someone who can do Thursday, Friday and Saturday but there is some flexibility around this. If you'd like some extra work (perhaps even just Saturday mornings), are fit, strong, a great driver and love what we do - please email me at hello@sprayfreefarmacy.com and let me know why you think you'd be a great addition to our team.

If you know someone who'd be great for this role, please tell them about it!

SUPPORTING LOCAL BUSINESSES
The Leisa Tree, Samford 🎁

Great news for fair trade shoppers - The Leisa Tree at Samford now has an online store! I love this little shop and the lady behind it. She has a beautiful array of ethical, fair-trade gifts, clothing, accessories, children's books, instruments, cushions, throws and so much more.
