This week you might notice that the website looks a little different. 🌐 We’ve been on a mission over the last 6 months to upgrade the website to both improve the functionality for you guys, as well as improve the stability and reliability at the back end.
Two big differences you’ll notice are:
- For those who like to order our “custom boxes” there are no longer any preselected contents. Instead, you’ll select exactly what you’d like from the list available for each box. 📦✨

When completing your order, you will need to choose from either Local Delivery or Pick Up, and then you will be prompted to select the delivery date (so you’ll know exactly which day we’ll be delivering to you). 🚚📅
If the day available is not what you usually get - please let us know! We're still working on getting this one perfect.
We’ll be posting some explainer videos in our Farmacy Family Facebook Group later today, and if you need any help using the new website please drop us a message so we can help. 🎥💬

We're here for you as usual over the silly season, with no changes to order cut-off or delivery dates. Food keeps growing so we keep going! 🍒 Christmas Cherries: We’ve sadly not been able to secure spray-free cherries just yet this season. We're crossing our fingers for a sprinkle of Christmas magic to bring you spray-free cherries in time for Santa's arrival. 🎅✨
You'll find delicious Hampton Blueberries in their place in the Christmas Fruit Boxes this week - grab one of these while they last! They make a beautiful gift that people will actually use! 🎁
🥦 Broccoli: Unfortunately, no broccoli this week or possibly the next. The Queensland season has ended due to our warm weather, and some tricky conditions in Victoria have affected quality. We expect to see better quality coming from Victoria within the next few weeks.
🍯 Honey: Say hello to Bellmere Honey, our fantastic new local honey provider! With 300 hives around Bellmere and Delaney's Creek, just north of Brisbane, they are super careful about ensuring their bees don’t come into contact with any sprays. Their honey is a larger 1kg size for just $17.95.

We know you need to keep cool in this Summer heat, so the grocery team have added even more of the Karma Drinks range to help quench your thirst as the days get warmer! 🥤 Check out the entire Karma Drinks range here.
We’ve also restocked the MYMY Probiotics Kefir Water. We were simply blown away by how much positive feedback we received about this Kefir – you guys definitely loved it! It’s now back in the fridge ready for orders week. ✨
