Spaghetti squash is a delicious vegetable. Its flesh is bright yellow or orange. When raw, the flesh is solid and similar to other raw squash; when cooked, the flesh falls away from the fruit in ribbons or strands like spaghetti. It's highly nutritious, super simple to cook and very versatile, e.g. use as a GF noodle option.
These are grown using organic farming practices on a small farm at Laidley. No chemical sprays.
