Jap pumpkin is great roasted or used in soup in winter. Roast it whole or cut into larger chunks with potatoes, carrots, beetroots, garlic, onion to go with your Sunday roast. Have a vegan roast with lots of tasty vegetables and some nuts or legumes thrown in too.
Our jap pumpkin is grown using organic farming practices on our farmer Kel's farm near Woodford.
