These tasty little Oyster Mushrooms are grown by Iain Pritchard from Mushroom Head at his small mushroom shed on the east side of Brisbane. Grown with no chemicals and simply dehydrated to preserve them and intensify the flavour for you.
The Oyster variety does not have to be rehydrated before you use them - simply chop them and add to any cooked meal or sauce. They're fantastic in risottos and pasta dishes.
These equate to approximately 150grams of fresh mushrooms.
