Fresh, spray-free, smoked Australian garlic from Farmers Leon and Lois from Oakey in the Darling Downs, 2 hours west of Brisbane. This delicious garlic is grown using organic farming practices and smoked with hickory wood chips for 2-3 days. No chemicals are used at any stage of the process.
Smoked garlic has a lovely smokey flavour and can be used anywhere you would use ordinary garlic.
Leon and Lois usually only sell their produce at local markets so we're lucky to get our hands on it here in Brisbane! Available for a limited time only.
