Dragonfruit originates from Central America but is also grown in other tropical countries such as Australia.
To eat, cut in half and either scoop out the flesh or cut in quarters and peel back the beautiful skin. It has a mildly sweet flavour, similar to a combo of kiwi fruit and pear and has a soft flesh. Dragonfruit is rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C.
Our dragonfruit is grown using organic farming practices in Wamuran here in Queensland.
