Credits, refunds and replacements
Provided you collected your produce at the designated time, we will happily replace, refund or offer you a credit on any items that are faulty.
But please note: spray-free produce does not always look as perfect and shiny as conventional (chemically-treated) produce. It also may not last as long and may even contain friendly insects like caterpillars!
If any produce is faulty, please notify us within 24-48 hours and please provide a photo of any faulty items so that we may make an assessment of them. Only the specific items that are faulty will be replaced, refunded or credited.
Likewise if there are any items missing from your order, please let us know within 24-48 hours and we'll do our best to get those items to you. We pride ourselves on great customer service.
