Who doesn't love a slice of fresh bread? Unfortunately though, today's bread is not what it used to be. Most breads are made from ingredients that have been sprayed with a tonne of chemicals.
They're also processed so quickly, and on such a massive scale that there's no time allowed to properly ferment it and allow the protective coatings on the grain to break down. That stuff should not go in our stomachs!
SOL Breads is doing things different. They make delicious, loving-fermented Sourdoughs. Made right here in Brisbane fresh for us each morning.
