Product of the Week: Bone Broth Concentrate

Bone broth is sooo good for you! And yes it's easy to make but if you're like me and really not that organised it can be a bit of challenge to keep up a steady supply. Then of course there's the straining, storing and washing up!

That's why I was so excited to discover this fantastic product. Made with love in Sydney, using bones from 100% grass fed cows, this bone broth is incredibly nutrient-dense and couldn't be easier to make. Just mix a teaspoon in a cup of hot water!

It's concentrated, not dehydrated, which keeps nutrients in the most natural form so they are easily absorbed into both a cup of water and the body alike. Each jar will give you about 26 cups of broth and will last out of the fridge for 12 months. Once opened, store in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.

We've selected 3 flavours for you to try - Natural (great for cooking with and adding your own flavours), AM Cleanse (lemon, ginger, apple cider vinegar and turmeric) and Burn (MCT oil, matcha green tea, olive leaf, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and ginseng). Don't they sound delicious?!

The retail price is $34-37 but we're doing it for you a little cheaper at only $30-32 per jar. Pretty good value considering how many cups you'll get out of a jar (and you don't have to wash the slow cooker!).
