If you're reading this I'm guessing your answer is yes! Sadly, it's almost impossible these days to get all the nutrients our bodies need from food alone. Even organic and spray-free foods are often grown in soils that are lacking in minerals due to decades of poor agricultural practices.
It's also very difficult in our modern day society to gain access to the variety of foods we should be eating. Our ancestors (and many healthy tribes living today) ate a vast variety of hundreds of different foods - berries, seeds, nuts, fruits, vegetables, animals - all found in nature.
Now we have a much narrower selection of foods and our supermarket shelves are full of non-foods - food-like products that are full of artificial chemicals, preservatives, flavours and processed to the point that they no longer resemble anything found in nature.
Even if we do manage to eat a wide variety of organic foods, our bodies then have to deal with the onslaught of chemicals, EMFs and the pretty-much unavoidable stress of living in our busy world.
